Booking the hall is simple and easy. This can all be done online and paid for prior to your booking commences. Please choose your required date and time along with duration to proceed. If you require the use of the kitchen, this is a costed extra and your booking price will be updated to reflect this addition.

Please note:

You MUST include set up and take down time in your booking.

ALL rubbish must be removed by you.

To edit your existing booking, please visit the edit link on your pending/approved email and edit the dates &/Or times of the booking. If you have a multiple block booking, please remember to push select on your keyboard to deselect any dates you wish to not proceed with.

To Cancel your whole booking by clicking the cancel link in your pending/approved emails. If you edit your booking or cancel your booking within 48 hours of your scheduled booking time start, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note, refunds are not automatically given at time of editing or cancellation of your booking. You will need to contact the website on info@hallonthegreen.org to recieve this booking refund. Please provide as much information as you can for the bookings when emailing.
